On 02-06-2015, when the matter was called on for hearing, as there was no representation on either side, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Even the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner from 12-06-2015. Even today also, when the matter is called on for hearing either in the morning or in the afternoon, there is no representation for the petitioner. It indicates that the petitioner is not diligent in pursuing the matter, leaving this court with no option except to dismissal the writ petition for default.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
