HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT APPEAL No.242 OF 2018 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan) We have heard the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise for the State of Telangana. We have also heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner in the Writ Petition, from which, this Writ Appeal arises.

The impugned judgment was challenged by the unofficial respondents in the Writ Petition through Writ Appeal No.366 of 2018. That Writ Appeal was dismissed on merits after adverting to and considering the factual aspects. We do not see any ground to take a different view in this Writ Appeal filed by the State. 3.
This Writ Appeal is accordingly dismissed following the judgment in Writ Appeal No.366 of 2018 along with the observations contained therein.
