ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.324 of 2014 of Suryaraopet Police Station, Vijayawada City, Krishna District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498-A IPC, against the petitioner/A1. 2.

The Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh submitted that the entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and therefore, the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet on appropriate application. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand dismissed.
