OFFICE NOTE 21.08.2023 KS, J I.A.No.1 of 2023 This interlocutory application is filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in the order dated 28.02.2023 passed in Criminal Petition No. 1768 of 2023 i.e., petitioner-accused No.12 shall report before the Station House Officer, Nizamabad VI Town Police Station, Nizamabad District, on every Sunday and Thursday between 10.30 a.m., and 12:00 p.m., till filing of the final report Heard.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, from the date of the order.

Taking into consideration the submissions of learned counsel on either side, the condition of appearance of the petitioner before the SHO., imposed by this Court in order dated 28.02.2023 passed in criminal petition No.1768 of 2023, is hereby relaxed.
