THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.1430 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 and A.2, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent State and perused the record.

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.47 of 2016 of Kotapalli Police Station, Adilabad District.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, would submit that charge sheet is filed in this case. In such event, if the petitioners are aggrieved, they can agitate before appropriate forum in accordance with law.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
