THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.7728 of 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash F.I.R.No.91 of 2014 on the file of Kattangur Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 376, 417, 420 of I.P.C. and Section 3 (2) (v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The learned Public Prosecutor representing the first respondentState submitted that as no interim order was passed by this Court, the investigation agency had completed the investigation and filed the charge-sheet before the Court concerned on 22.11.2014. In view of filing of the charge-sheet by the investigating agency after completion of investigation, the question of quashing the FIR does not arise at this stage.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
