This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in not taking further action to remove illegal and unauthorized structures raised by 3rd respondent in H.No.10-5-76/18, Tukaramgate, Lallaguda, Secunderabad, consequent to the notice issued under Section 452, dated 03.03.2008 to the 3rd respondent.
4. Heard Sri V.V.N.Narsimham, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and Sri Srinivasa Rao Velivela, learned counsel for the 3rd respondent.

Counter affidavit is filed by the 3rd respondent stating that already construction made by him was regularized and that aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed W.P.No.1036 of 2012. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
