K.Akhil v. State Of Telangana
HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.4747 of 2019 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioners in this case was that the authorities were trying to dispossess them from the subject lands without following the due procedure laid down by law. By interim order dated 08.3.2019 granted in this Writ Petition, this Court directed that in the light of the documents placed on record in proof of the petitioners' possession over the subject plots, the respondents should not interfere with their possession over the said plots, even if warranted, except in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law.
Despite the matter being adjourned thereafter to enable the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Telangana, to get instructions in the matter, he states that no instructions were given to him.
In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of affirming the interim order dated 08.3.2 019 and directing the respondent authorities not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners over the subject plots except in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law.
Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ________________________ JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR 14th June, 2019 dr
