HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.Nos.21716, 21718, 21719 and 21720 of 2003 COMMON ORDER Questioning the orders passed by the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Visakhapatnam, the petitionerDirector, Naval Science & Technological Laboratory, filed the present writ petitions.

Since the said orders passed by the Labour Court were confirmed by this Court in W.P.No.15854 of 2007 and batch preferred by the Workmen, no further orders are necessary in these writ petitions.

Accordingly, all the writ petitions are dismissed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
