This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused No.5, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.212 of 2017 on the file of Saroornagar Women Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the investigation agency had completed the investigation and filed charge-sheet before the Court concerned on 16.11.2017. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication. However, the petitioner/ accused No.5 is given liberty to work out the remedies available under law.

With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
