On 16.11.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner appearing party-in-person. Therefore, the matter is posted to today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today also, there is no representation. The writ petition is of the year 2008. From this it appears that the petitioner, party-in-person, is not interested to prosecute the writ petition.
