This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings in Crime No.13 of 2009 of Kothakota Police Station, Mahabubnagar District registered for the offence punishable under Section 3 (1)(x) of SC & ST (POA) Act against the petitioner/A-2.

At the time of hearing, learned Public Prosecutor representing the State stated that the police, after completion of investigation, filed the charge sheet before the concerned Court, referring the matter as "FALSE" and to that effect a copy of the letter addressed to the Public Prosecutor of High Court of A.P. has been produced.
