THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1342 of 2015 ORDER :

This contempt case is filed by the petitioners to punish the respondents herein for willfully violating the order dated 09.12.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.33004 of 2014. As per the earlier orders, the officer is present and counter is filed by the 2nd respondent.

In paragraph No.6 of the counter, it is averred that as per the orders of the Division Bench, the balance amount of Rs.85,87,188/- payable as per the award passed in O.P.No.05 of 2005 is deposited in the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Miryalguda.

Having regard to the same, and as the order of this Court is complied with, the contempt case is closed. The appearance of the 2nd respondent is dispensed with. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
