HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.354 of 2018 ORDER:

Learned Government Pleader for Services says that the order in the writ petition which is said to have been violated by respondents for which the present Contempt Case is filed is modified by Division Bench in W.A.No.700 of 2018 by its order dated 29-11-2018 and that they are taking steps to implement the said order and they have also passed orders in pursuance to the orders passed by Division Bench. In view of the same, the cause in the contempt case does not survive.

Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. However, if petitioner is still aggrieved, it is open for him to agitate his rights in accordance with law.
