This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.2 to 4 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.57 of 2018 of Chunchupalli Police Station, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, registered for the offences alleged under Section 498A I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.2 to 4 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State. Perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that charge sheet is filed in the subject crime and the names of petitioners/ accused Nos.3 and 4 were deleted therein. Under these circumstances, all further proceedings in this Criminal Petition are closed.

With this observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
