HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Writ Petition No.29198 of 2017 ORDER:

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that earlier the petitioner maintained quash petition vide Crl.P.No.1156 of 2017 that was ended in dismissal on 13.02.2017 before admission, there is nothing to entertain this petition but for to say any observation in the dismissal of the earlier quash petition is no way bar if at all in future to file fresh petition.

Accordingly and in the result, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
