Petitioner's grievance is that they had made application on 28.11.2015 and 30.11.2015 to respondents 2 and 3 for grant of granite quarry lease to them in survey No.130 in an extent of Ac.22.44 cents situated in R.L. Puram Village, Chimakurthy Mandal, Prakasam District and that respondents 2 and 3 have not passed orders thereon.

The Government Pleader for Industries appearing for respondents states that respondents 1 to 3 will consider the said representations within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioners.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioners' representations within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
