HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA M.A.C.M.A. No.2599 of 2012 JUDGMENT:

The instant appeal has been settled between the parties before the Lok Adalat, organized by the High Court Legal Services Committee, and an award dated 06.12.2014 was passed and the same is placed on record.

Therefore, the instant appeal is disposed of, in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat, granting a sum of Rs.6,65,000/- towards compensation. The award shall form part of the record. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the appeal, also stand disposed of.
