ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in effecting mutation of the names of third parties which includes the names of the respondents 5 and 6 in the ROR in respect of the agriculture lands in Sy.Nos.29, 30, 31, 147, 182, 183, 336, 337, 339 and 340 at Inolu Village, Achampet Mandal, Mahabubnagar District which is the Agency Area, though who are neither successors of the original pattadars of the said land or schedule tribe people, as illegal, unlawful and contrary to the provisions of the A.P. (Scheduled Area Land Transfer) Regulations, 1959 and Rules, 1969 made there under and consequently direct the respondents to effect the transfer of the above lands in the ROR only by way of succession by duly implementing the registered WILL Deed said to have been executed by Smt. Reddy Saraswathamma as permissible under the provisions of Regulations 1959 and Rules 1969"

On 4.02.2015 the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (T.G) was directed to get instructions with regard to the allegations made by the petitioner.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that considering the fact that there were some changes made in the revenue records, the petitioner may be given liberty to avail the alternative remedy, challenging the order through which the changes have been made, in appropriate proceedings.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioners to avail the alternative remedy available to them under law in appropriate proceedings.
