This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw O.S.No.159 of 2015 from the file of the Principal District Judge at Khammam and transfer the same to the file of the XI Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, for disposal in accordance with law along with O.S.No.785 of 2012 and O.S.No.565 of 2015.

Learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the petition may be allowed in view of the order of this Court dated 09.02.2015 in Tr.C.M.P.No.426 of 2014.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the order of this Court dated 09.02.2015 in Tr.C.M.P.No.426 of 2014, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. O.S.No.159 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of the Principal District Judge at Khammam and transferred to the file of the XI Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, for disposal in accordance with law along with O.S.No.785 of 2012 and O.S.No.565 of 2015. There shall be no order as to costs.
