The respondent has appeared before this Court in the Contempt Case and has agreed that he would not violate the interim order granted by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2017 (WPMP No.49562 of 2017) in W.P.No.39970 of 2017.

Learned counsel for the respondent has also tendered unconditional apology on behalf of the respondent to this Court. 3.

Therefore, this Court does not deem it appropriate to punish the respondent for contempt of Court.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed.
