Petitioner claims to be the daughter of Guttati Anthoni Rani who worked as Head Master (School Assistant), in Upper Primary School, Kusumavarigudem, Suryapet.
Employee died on 28.03.2016. Petitioner applied for provision of appointment on compassionate grounds on 30.09.2016.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, so far no decision is communicated to the petitioner on the application filed by her.

Since the claim of the petitioner for provision of compassionate appointment is yet to be examined by the competent authority, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and keep the writ petition pending.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the District Collector, Suryapet (2nd respondent) to examine the claim of the petitioner to provide appointment on compassionate grounds made on 30.09.2016 and pass appropriate orders, as warranted by law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
