HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT C.R.P. No.3874 OF 2016 ORDER:
After arguing the revision for some time and properly appreciating the procedure to be followed for amendment, if any, to the details of the schedule property, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty of the Court to file separate application before the trial Court and seeks appropriate direction to trial Court to dispose of the same.
The request is placed on record. The C.R.P. is dismissed with a direction that as and when an application for relief on the lines referred to above is made by the petitioners herein, the same is examined on its own merits in accordance with law and appropriate orders are passed. The trial Court is further directed to dispose of final decree proceedings as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
