HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE Ms JUSTICE J.UMA DEVI Writ Petition No.3400 of 2017 Order: (per V.Ramasubramanian, J.) The petitioners have come up with the above writ petition challenging a notice of seizure of goods under Section 45(7)(b) of the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005.

2. Heard Mr. A.V.A. Siva Kartikeya, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Shaik Jeelani Basha, learned Special Standing Counsel for the respondents.

3. Admittedly, the petitioners have given a reply dated 24-01-2017 to the show cause notice dated 18-01-2017. Therefore, it will be good if the 1st respondent passes an order, so that the merits of the case can be thrashed out.

4. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the show cause notice and reply within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
