HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.A. No. 228 of 2018 JUDGMENT:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties at length, we are not inclined to interfere with the order dated 19.01.2018 in I.A.No. 2 of 2018 in W.P.No. 1299 of 2018 passed by the learned Single Judge, however we direct the petitioner to release the 4th respondent 50% of the amount calculated by the 1st respondent as payable in the order dated 13.12.2017 which is impugned in the writ petition, subject to the 4th respondent furnishing bank guarantee. With the above observation, the writ appeal is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
