HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4802 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: ".....to issue any appropriate order or direction or more particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus by a) declaring that the acts of respondents 3 and 4, as illegal, arbitrary and against the provisions of the Police Act as well as constitution of India.

b) directing Police not to pressurize petitioners to sell/transfer the aforesaid lands i.e. in the names of respondent No.4.

c) And further be pleased to pass such order(s) as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the circumstance of the case."

Though learned counsel for the petitioner sought for above reliefs in the writ petition, now he restricted his prayer only to the extent of directing the respondent-police not to pressurize the petitioner to transfer the aforesaid lands in the name of respondent No.4.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions, wherein it is stated that the petitioner has not given complaint on 12-02-2019 and on verification of GD register on 12-02-2019, there was no complaint given by the petitioner and they have not received the complaint either through whatsapp or through any other way. It is also stated that the Station House Officer, Shivampet has not called the petitioner to the police station nor directed him to transfer the property. The matter is purely civil in

nature. The respondent-police are no way concerned with the said issue.

Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 11-06-2019 Nvl
