THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.20172 of 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "to declare the action of the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 as illegal and arbitrary in acting with the wishes of the political bosses and interfering with the petitioner's possession and enjoyment of Sy.No.744/A to an extent of 93.33 Square Yards of Alur, Alur Gram Panchayat of Kurnool District and direct the Respondents not to interfere in petitioner's civil liberty as well as the property and personal liberty".

The Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions submits that the Inspector of Police, Alur Police Station is not investigating the crime in which the petitioner is one of the accused. Therefore, there was no occasion to summon the petitioner. It is further stated that the 3rd respondent is not interfering in civil disputes. The statement is placed on record.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed accordingly. No order as to costs.
