No representation for the petitioners - accused Nos.4 and 5.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that on filing of Charge Sheet, the VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal, has taken cognizance of the offences and assigned C.C.No.46 of 2014 and, therefore, the present Criminal Petition becomes infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
