This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 in Crime No.234 of 2015 of Dundigal Police Station, Cyberabad. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
