THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 13681 OF 2015 O R D E R:
The services of the petitioner as a Field Assistant of Chandana Village, Yadiki Mandal, Anantapur District have been terminated by the Project Director by his proceedings, dated 25.06.2014. The petitioner would assert that he has preferred an Appeal there against on 12.12.2014 before the District Collector. Since the same has not been disposed of so far, he instituted this Writ Petition challenging the validity of the termination order dated 25.06.2014. Ends of justice would be more adequately served if I direct the Appellate Authority, namely the District Collector, Anantapur to deal with the Appeal submitted by the petitioner on 12.12.2014 on its merits and pass appropriate orders within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in somewhat similar circumstances, entertaining Writ Petition No. 2346 of 2015, an order was passed by this Court on 06.02.2015. It is for the petitioner to bring to the notice of the Collector the orders passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 2346 of 2015 and urge before him for a similar exercise to be indulged in and upon application of his mind, the Collector will be able to decide the matter.
With this, the Writ Petition stands disposed of after hearing Sri M.S.R. Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondents 3 and 4. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of. ----------------------------------------- NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO, J 01st May 2015 ksld
