This petition is filed by the petitioner-accused under Sections 437 & 439 Cr.P.C., seeking to grant regular bail in Crime No.60 of 2023 on the file of Chilapched Police Station, Medak District, registered for the offences under Sections 354,354D and 506 IPC. 2- After arguing for some time, the leamed counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with a liberty to approach the trial court.
