There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As a matter of fact, even on 25.09.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Inspite of listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
