ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A-5 and A-6 seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.513 of 2010 of Visakhapatnam IV Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam registered against them for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 471 and 506 IPC.

2. The petitioner is A-5. Originally, there was second petitioner who is A-6 who is said to have died. The crime is registered on the basis of complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent alleging the offences.

3. Having perused the material on record, I do not see any ground to quash the proceedings at the initial stage. However, since this crime itself pertains to the year 2010, I feel that interest of the justice would meet if enquiry can be proceeded, however without arresting the accused. The respondent -State is directed to proceed with the investigation, however the petitioner/A-5 shall not be arrested.

3. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
