THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 3427 of 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in interfering with the personal life and liberty of the petitioner.
Learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that one Smt.G.Shiva Ranjani had given a petition on 12.01.2017 against the petitioner. The same was entered in the register of the Police Station and an enquiry was conducted. The petitioner was enquired on 23.01.2017. Since the subject matter was found to be civil in nature, no action was taken on the petition and the petitioner was not called to the Police Station. In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly closed.
