Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition.

It is the case of the petitioners that they are successors-in-interest having acquired the property from the original land owner, which property is notified under Section 11 of the Land Acquisition Act on 16.12.2019. The petitioners submit that for all future proceedings, the petitioners' claim may be considered. Learned Government Pleader submits that as it is only a preliminary notification, at appropriate time, the petitioners would be entitled to file their objections with respect to their rights and claims, as the scope of Section 11 of the Act being limited insofar as consideration of objections. Learned Government Pleader, however, submits that objections of the petitioners would be decided at the time of passing of Award.
