HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 17859 OF 2003 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Writ Petition was filed when the petitioner's services were about to be disengaged and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim orders on 26.8.2003 and in pursuance of the interim orders, the petitioner is being continued in service.

The Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has also not disputed the same.

In view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary. Accordingly, Writ Petition is closed.
