JUSTI CE ANI S CI VI L REVI SI ON PETI TI ON No.1578 of 2011 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri Venugopala Rao Pasnooru, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter dated 30.11.2016 to the registry stating that his clients had instructed him to withdraw this civil revision petition arising out of the dismissal of E.P.No.51 of 2010 filed in O.P.No.929 of 2001 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Nalgonda, vide order dated 30.12.2010 reserving liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh execution petition.

The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
