The case of the petitioners is that the appeal and stay petition filed by them against the proceedings issued by the 4th respondent in Rc.B/139/2016, dated 25-04-2016 before the 6th respondent is pending. This Court granted interim suspension of the said proceedings in WP.No.16502 of 2016 for a period of (12) weeks and in pursuance to the direction given by this Court in the said writ petition, the appeal was filed by the petitioners.

In view of the same, the 6th respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till the disposal of the appeal, there shall be stay of dispossession of the petitioners from the subject property. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
