THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 2317 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondent No.2 in not registering a crime in spite of the complaint, dated 10.08.2016, lodged by the petitioner.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for Home submits that Crime No.136 of 2017 was registered by the Station House Officer, Malakpet Police Station and investigation is under progress.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
