The case of the petitioner is that he filed O.S.No.2 of 2009 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Zaheerabad, seeking declaration of his title and recovery of possession and the same was decreed in his favour on 19.03.2010. Against the same, the defendants filed A.S.No.27 of 2013 and the matter was compromised on 07.07.2015. He filed E.P.No.7 of 2010 and the property was delivered. He filed for mutation of his name and after enquiry, by proceedings of the Tahsildar, Zaheerabad, dated 06.06.2017, mutation was ordered. Subsequently, pattadar pass books were also issued. While so, he applied for survey of land by paying requisite fee on 18.09.2017 and in pursuance of the same, though the Mandal Surveyor issued three notices, but no further action was taken. In those circumstances, he filed the present Writ Petition.

Since the case of the petitioner is for survey of the land, which was already handed over pursuant to a compromise decree in A.S.No.27 of 2013 and the consequential mutation proceedings dated 06.06.2017, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.4 and 5 to complete the survey of the land pursuant to the application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 09.02.
