This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ A.7 to A.11, for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.100 of 2019 of KPHB Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of IPC and Section 5 of the A.P.Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments Act, 1999.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.7 to A.11, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the earlier bail application of these petitioners/ A.7 to A.11 was dismissed by this Court, vide order, dated 21.02.2019, passed in Criminal Petition No.841 of 2019. No changed circumstances are brought to the notice of this Court. There is nothing to take a different view.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
