THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.30019 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging Letter No.727365/IDM/A1/2017, dated 22.08.2017, issued by the office of respondent No.1.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for parties that the writ petition may be disposed of directing respondent No.2 to take necessary action pursuant to the proceedings, dated 21.04.2017, of the Inspector of Wakf, Chittoor District, and communicate the decision taken whether the committee constituted under the president-ship of P. Sate along with other ten members is eligible to be included in the voters list.

3. In those circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to take necessary action pursuant to the proceedings, dated 21.04.2017, of the Inspector of Wakf, Chittoor District, and communicate the decision taken whether the committee constituted under the president-ship of P. Sate along with other ten members is eligible to be included in the voters list. Such decision shall be taken within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same shall be communicated to the petitioner, who is the Secretary and Muthavalli of Shashapeeran Mosque Committee.

4. Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ___________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J September 22, 2017 MD
