When the matter had come up for hearing on 10.02.2016, none appeared for the appellants and there was no representation on their behalf, and therefore, the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, when the matter has come up for hearing, none appears for the appellants and there is no representation on their behalf. Therefore, the appellants are not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case.
