Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home for the State of Telangana. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of respondents 3 and 4 in harassing the petitioner and interfering with the civil dispute as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct respondents 3 and 4 not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioner over house bearing No.16-11-220, admeasuring 600 square yards situated at Town Survey No.3, Block 'B', Ward No.168, Hyderabad and not to harass the petitioner to vacate the said premises. 3.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner mainly questions the action of the respondents- police in interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and others. The same is opposed by the learned Government Pleader for Home stating that a case in Crime No.131 of 2017 of Malakpet Police Station is registered against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 354 and 448 read with 34 IPC and in the course of investigation of said crime, police must have summoned the petitioner to cause enquiries.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents - police not to interfere with the civil litigation pending between the petitioner and others except in accordance with the procedure established by law. However, if the respondents - police intend to take any action against the petitioner, the same shall be in accordance with law.
