SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.2890 of 2016 O R D E R: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Challenge in this writ petition is to the refusal by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad, to grant interim relief in O.A.No.97 of 2016.

The subject matter of the said O.A was with regard to the allocation of the petitioner to the State of Andhra Pradesh consequent to the bifurcation of the erstwhile State of Andhra Pradesh into the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh.

By order dated 25.01.2016 passed in the O.A, the Tribunal while admitting the O.A and ordering notice to the respondents directed that final allocation of the petitioner/applicant to the State of Andhra Pradesh shall be subject to the final result in the O.A.

We are of the opinion that a matter of this nature would require to be heard finally and no exception can be taken to the direction of the Tribunal making the allocation of the petitioner to the State of Andhra Pradesh subject to the final result in the O.A.

The Tribunal shall however endeavour to dispose of the O.A expeditiously after completion of the pleadings. Subject to the above observation, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
