HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.4850 of 2019 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under:- "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in entering the actual land of the Petitioners of Acs.7.05 gts instead Acs.5.00 guntas and the land in Sy.No.106/B the total extent is 1 acre 10 guntas but it is entered only 26 guntas and also the land in Sy.No.94 to an extent of Ac.0.08 guntas also not entered as illegal and improper null and void and consequently direct the Respondents to enter the actual holding of the Petitioner in Sy.Nos.106/B/2, 106/E and 94 and to pass such other order or orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

The grievance of the petitioner is that while issuing him e-pattadar pass books, some of the land details which found mention in the regular pattadar pass books issued to him earlier went missing.

The petitioner made a representation in this regard to the Tahsildar, Narmetta Mandal, Jangaon District, which was received by him on 23.02.2019.

Having received such a representation, it is not open to the Tahsildar, Narmetta Mandal, Jangaon District, to remain unmoved. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Narmetta Mandal, Jangaon District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's representation received on 23.02.2019 expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source.
