The Court made the following: ORDER Heard.

This application is filed by the petitioner to correct the order dated 23.03.2021 passed by this court in crl.P.No.1967 of 2021 by incorporating the cash deposit for Rs.10,0001 each in stead of cash sureties.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a Foreigner, native of China and he is not in a position to furnish cash sureties. He would further submit that instead of furnishing cash sureties, the petitioner is in a position to deposit cash, therefore, he sought to modify the order dated 23.03.2021 to that effect. Perused the order dated 23,03.2021. lt is no doubt that the petitioner is a Foreigner, native of China. ln the said circumstances, the petition is ordered modifying the order dated 23.03.2021 to the following effect.

"The petitioner/A-1 is permitted to deposit Rs.20,0001 cash" instead of - "furnishing two cash sureties of Rs.10,0001 each". Accordingly, this application is ordered.
