THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM W.P.No.4777 and 4830 of 2019 COMMON ORDER Since the prayer of these writ petitions is one and the same, they are being disposed of by this common order. 2.

These writ petitions are filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not considering the explanations submitted by the petitioners dated 02.03.2019 to the show cause notices dated 25.02.2019 and proposing to pass final orders without conducting any enquiry as contemplated under Clause 5(5) of Telangana Public Distribution Control Order and without giving any opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

The petitioners filed these writ petitions on mere apprehension that the respondents may not consider their explanations submitted on 02.03.2019 in response to the notices dated 25.02.2019 and may not follow due procedure in accordance with law. In those circumstances, the Writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the explanations dated 02.03.2019 submitted by the petitioners before passing any order. 4.

No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in these writ petitions, shall stand closed.
