ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare proceedings, vide Rc.No.20/2007 S4, dated 09.02.2008, of respondent No.1, as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 26.3.2009, in WPMP.No.8396 of 2009 is vacated and WPMP.No.8396 of 2009 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
