This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to in C.C.No.2598 of 2005 on the file of the Court of the VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajender Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
